Saturday day

The cat is on the papasan. She’s a sleepy lady. We’ve switched her(mostly) to wet food and she seems to like the fancy feast chicken stuff. She eats little brown circular bricks as well but not in the same abundance. I’m in my robe on the couch. Kelsey bought me the robe and it’s lovely. It’s a big, oversized, green job. We got married!

Speaking of green jobs we switched our electricity with PGE to be renewable-sourced energy: hydro, solar, wind, geothermal, tidal, kinetic, probably not the last three. I’ve seen arguments against a few of them, but I haven’t seen alternatives offered as part of the argument, so it’s much less an argument and more of a general dismissal, which seems uninformed.

I thought of the last word for a while, uninformed. My first choice of word was going to be ‘ignorant’ but I chose uninformed. Thinking of ‘uninformed’ reminded me of unaccredited meteorologist, Anthony Watts. You can look him up if you like but I don’t know if you’ll figure out what’s up with that.

Time to eat quiche.
